I’m building a future not just for myself, but for others who need support, hope, and opportunities

Owning my future hasn’t come easy. Life pushed me into adulthood earlier than most, after my mother passed I had to step up and become the older sister, the caretaker, and the one who held everything together. In those moments, I lost parts of my childhood. But in that loss, I found purpose.

Today, I’m building a future not just for myself, but for others too, especially young women, who need support, hope, and opportunities. My dream is to create a world where girls don’t have to grow up too fast, where they feel seen, protected, and empowered.

Professionally, I’m tackling big problems in my community from transforming public transport with electric vehicles to reshaping last-mile delivery in East London. I’ve partnered with powerful stakeholders, researched the real needs on the ground, and started building solutions one step at a time. It’s not perfect. Some days it feels like baby steps. But every call, every meeting, and every idea I put into action is a brick in the foundation of the future I’m creating.

I’m not waiting for the future to happen, I’m building it, and I’m owning every piece of it.
